The UW and IEEE Kitchener-Waterloo Section Joint Workshop on Multimedia Mining and Knowledge Discovery, MMKD 2007 is the fourth technical workshop organized by the Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence (PAMI) laboratory, University of Waterloo, Canada. MMKD 2007 aims to bring together researchers, faculties, engineers, and graduate students, to present their latest achievements and explore future trends in multimedia mining and knowledge discovery.

Submission Guidelines

Participants should send their extended abstracts to mmkd@pami.uwaterloo.ca. The abstract size should not exceed three pages in IEEE two-column format.

Important Dates

Deadline for extended abstract submission: ~~August 15th, 2007~~ August 31st, 2007
Notification of acceptance: September 15th, 2007
Registration Deadline: October 1st, 2007
